This is a duplicate of Home-Style Macaroni and Cheese, without the jalapenos. I agree with a previous reader, that 7 oz. of macaroni will not feed 6 people. And the reviewer that said the boyfriend ate leftovers for 3 days...must have a 110 lb. boyfriend. As a starter this is good, but you need to use 1 lb. of macaroni, drop the cream cheese, and add either another cup of shredded cheddar, or 8 oz. of Velveeta, plain or Mexican. The Velveeta will give you creaminess, and flavor. Also try adding a can of crushed tomatoes or cut tomatoes. Nice addition, kids love it and so do adults getting another veggie.
