I have made this several times now for group dinners and it has been deemed "excellent" each time. My husband and I decided that it was a bit too sweet with the rasberry dressing so we substitute baslamic vinagrette-yum! This salad does not save well-the leftovers are mushy and wilted. But, there may not be many leftovers, as it is so delicious!

I made this salad at Christmas and my whole family loved it! It was dubbed as "elegant" by my father.

This recipe was not so great; it became very mushy quickly and was not anything extraordinary taste-wise. I thought with all of the different flavors - apples, walnuts, cheese - it would be yummy, but I will not make again.
