Made it twice, and was great both times! I have always been afraid to make it because I know it can be tricky, but with a stand mixer it is a breeze, mine started to set in about 12 minutes, the first time I over beat it by about a minute and it started to set, so it wasn't too pretty (crumbly) but it tasted good! The second time turned out beautifully!

I have tried other recipes and could never get them to work. These worked on the first try.
