Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, beat biscuit mix, 1/4 cup butter, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, sour cream, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon at medium speed until smooth. Pour batter into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, chopped pecans, 1 tablespoon melted butter and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Cool cake in dish on a wire rack 10 minutes, and cut into squares to serve.
