This is the best chicken salad I've ever made. My five year old daughter loved it and she's not a fan of chicken.

This recipe was SO GOOD! I did not have a green bell pepper on hand, so I just left it out. I followed the recipe otherwise. I will be keeping this one. It has become my new favorite chicken salad recipe!

This stuff is sooooooooo good. And the best part is you can add or change for whatever you like. I shred the chicken (using a rotisserie chicken most of the time because it's just easier.) I add more dried cranberries and celery, and serve on croissants. LOVE IT!

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. We didn't have dried cranberries so we used raisins instead, and it was wonderful! My husband kept saying how great it was and SO much better than anything you can find in the store!

Whoa! Hold the salt! This was too salty for me. I had to add an apple and some extra celery just to be able to eat it. Everyone liked it, but it was nothing special.

This chicken salad was so yummy! I took the advice of other reviewers and added garlic powder and poultry seasoning to the mayonnaise mixture. I served the chicken salad in toasted pitas, and the whole thing turned out wonderfully. I will definitely be making this again!

This is one of the best chicken salads I've ever had! The mayo is not overpowering and the combination of spices is just right. I cut the recipe in half and substituted walnuts for the pecans. Definitely a keeper!

I have made this several times. I brought this chicken salad to a ladies luncheon and was deluged with recipe requests. You could substitute chopped walnuts for the pecans. You can't go wrong with this recipe.

This is a great chicken salad. My husband loved it! I used a prepared rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and just pulled the meat off the bones. This made it easy and quick to prepare. I used just a touch of the green onions because I knew we would eat it for several days and sometimes onions can make recipes too strong when you store them. I might leave the onions out altogether next time, but if it is going to be eaten all at once, it would be okay. It has nice colors for the holidays, but this would be great in the heat of the summer too!

I made this for Christmas, and received nothing but rave reviews! It was delicious! Next time I make it, I might only add half the cranberries, or might skip them altogether. The group that I served it to enjoyed in immensly!

Absolutely love this chicken salad! I have never personally made it, but a friend of mine makes it and I beg her for it. I could (and have) sit and eat a whole bowl of it...not even using it on a sandwich.

Like some other reviewers, I added about a cup of halved, seedless green grapes. The only other variance from the recipe was using only about 1/2 tsp seasoned salt; I was afraid to use more, and am glad I didn't! Delicious!

Wow! It's like thanksgiving in your mouth! I really enjoyed this and so did my kids. I completely forgot to put the nuts in but it turned out great anyway. I used some leftover chicken breasts and added a little garlic powder to the chicken. I didn't dice the chicken, instead I shredded it because it came off the bone easier that way. All and all this is an excellent recipe. I'll keep this on hand for lunches especially when the kids are on break.

This is fantastic! I love chicken salad and this has to be one of the best I've ever tried. I didn't change anything except omitted the bell peppers because I don't like them and used Jane's Crazy Salt because I was out of seasoned salt. An excellent way to use up leftover roast chicken! Thanks for the recipe :)

I made a few alterations to work with what I had and loved the results! I used a small amount of regular onion instead of green onion, I didn't have green peppers or celery either so used olives and hot chilis. Just a spoonful of the chilis though. I used walnuts instead of pecans and used chili powder instead of paprika. I will make this all year long.

This was a great recipe in my opinion, though hubby didn't care for it (not a fan of chicken salad). I made this with some chunks of leftover rotisserie chicken and spread it on some hawaiian rolls. Very good! Thanks for a great recipe.

This is DELICIOUS! I needed to bring a chicken salad for teachers at school and wanted to make something new. I have been making the standard chicken salad from the Betty Crocker cookbook for years and decided to branch out. It was worth it. I did not change anything to this recipe. I am not a big fan of cranberries but they are perfect in this recipe. I highly recommend this recipe. Thank you!
