Holiday Avocado Stuffing

By: Chileanavocados.org
"Chilean Hass Avocados are available through the fall and winter, making them perfect for holiday meals. Cubes of avocado add a unique richness to this stuffing. Avocados can liven up holiday leftovers as well. Try a Turkey Cobb Salad or a Turkey Frittata with avocados."
