First the ground beef is mixed with onion soup mix and formed into nice thick patties. Then shredded potato, Swiss cheese, and mushrooms are combined, stuffed into each patty, and sealed for a nifty surprise with that first bite.

Turkey Delight

Turkey Delight is a delicious way to use everyone's favorite Thanksgiving leftovers in a single dish. Turkey, gravy, potatoes and stuffing form a magnificent holiday quartet. I often prepare the dish on Thanksgiving Day, then cook it a few days later.

Cindy's Southern Vegetable Delight

This is a great dish when you have all those extra summer vegetables on hand. Add some chicken if you like to make it a main dish, and serve over rice. The secret is to use all fresh vegetables.

Toastie Treats

This is a simple treat that is a full balanced meal of what kids like in one big snack.. Hamburgers are placed on a slice of bread, then topped with mashed potatoes, baked beans, cheese and fried egg. Challenge the kids to eat two!

Our state is, of course, synonymous with potatoes, so it should come as no surprise that my recipe features good ol' Idaho spuds. This is a meal in itself.

Grandma Flo's Shipwreck

A good old meat and potatoes dish for family dinner. It combines ground beef with potatoes, kidney beans, and tomato soup, and is baked in the oven.

These burgers are my own creation. The added grated raw potato makes these burgers juicy and moist. Don't forget.. add in the blue cheese! that's what makes the burger!

This recipe tastes best with a Hawaiian style BBQ sauce, but if one isn't available, just use your own favorite. Every time I fix this, everyone LOVES it! There are usually no leftovers.

This savory beef pie is so easy to make and is one of my husband's favorites. The leftovers are perfect for lunch the next day. For added flavor, you could top the potatoes with a cup of shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired.
