4x4-inch square prepared cornbread, crumbled
1 (10 ounce) package
frozen bell pepper and onion mix, thawed
hot sauce, or to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Loved this.. used homemade turkey sausage and no oil. Have leftover cornbread so I'll make this again very very soon
Fun and easy recipe! Made this with the left over cornbread from Mom's Sweet Buttermilk Corn Bread recipe on this site. So many different things you can do with this such different veggies or meats. When the cornbread soaks up the juices from the cooking of the sausage it makes it really good.
Tasty. I used Bob Evans spicy sausage.
