INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup soy flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered soy milk
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic medium or regular setting; press Start.
