Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup cider or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh marjoram

Directions

  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Serve over greens.
