INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 tablespoon minced chives
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
pepper to taste
5 (6 inch) flour tortillas

DIRECTIONS
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter. Add seasonings; mix well. Spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Unwrap; cut into 3/4-in. slices.

I made these for a funeral. They were very yummy, but my only complaint is that they need a bit more filling. The picture here is a little misleading. I would double the amount of filling if I made these again- personal preference.
