Nobody liked these potatoes with the thyme on them but everyone loved them when I switched the thyme to parsley. Sorry. Thanks though.

I love these potatoes! I cooked them in the oven in a glass dish covered for 50 min at 350F then uncovered for an additional 10 min. They are also fabulous when cooked as stated above and then further cooked to make wicked homefried potatoes. Add to a pan of hot olive oil and cook until golden crunchy about 30 min more.

Good. The kids loved them. For me, more of a 3stars. But super easy and fast, so I will definitely make them again.

Used russett potatoes, because that is what I had. Substituted thyme for dill to compliment the tilapia I was baking. Also added a dollop of reduced fat cream cheese. Added all ingredients at once-stirred well. Microwaved for 10 min. They came out great. Thanks for sharing.

I cut my potatoes smaller. I wasn't sure what the recipe was calling for when you were only supposed to dip part of the potato in the cheese mixture. I cooked my potatoes with the butter & lemon until almost tender and then added the rest & cooked until melted.

Very very good. Will make these again. Great microwavable item. Next time I will try arranging in baking dish & brushing the juice/butter on & then sprinkling on the dry stuff.
