Delicious potatoes, but I just couldn't bring myself to do this in the microwave.... I switched the butter to olive oil and tossed the potatoes in that along with the lemon juice to coat them. I used a combination of rosemary and thyme along with a bit of kosher salt and cracked black pepper. I roasted them at 425 until nice and crispy. Overall, very tasty!

Good and simple. It was nice that they used the microwave. My wife liked them a lot. I would have liked to bake them to make them a little more crispy.

I'm changing my review from a 4 to a 5. I've used this over and over and over again. It is quick, easy, and tastes delicious! Best and most-used recipe since I've become a member!!!! Love it!

good recipe, although I used regular baking potatoes, mixed in a bit of cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, and baked in a glass dish and then topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Everyone loved it.

Nobody liked these potatoes with the thyme on them but everyone loved them when I switched the thyme to parsley. Sorry. Thanks though.

I love these potatoes! I cooked them in the oven in a glass dish covered for 50 min at 350F then uncovered for an additional 10 min. They are also fabulous when cooked as stated above and then further cooked to make wicked homefried potatoes. Add to a pan of hot olive oil and cook until golden crunchy about 30 min more.

Good. The kids loved them. For me, more of a 3stars. But super easy and fast, so I will definitely make them again.

Used russett potatoes, because that is what I had. Substituted thyme for dill to compliment the tilapia I was baking. Also added a dollop of reduced fat cream cheese. Added all ingredients at once-stirred well. Microwaved for 10 min. They came out great. Thanks for sharing.
