Wow, this recipe is the ultimate! The herbs really brought out the flavor of the Orange Roughy. I actually added very little Apple Cider Vinegar to help the mixture to boil. It's wonderful, my fiance loved it!

Very tasty, the directions were a little confusing because I think they repeat however I put the fish in the skilet, put the ingred. over the top, brought to a boil and then little it simmer for about 8 min. I didnt have any paprika, so we did without. I also didnt expect to have so much liquid left over at the end, we just poured a little over the fish and threw the rest out. Very light yet tasty dish.
