My hubby loved these. I was looking for something different, but quick. This recipe was perfect! Thanks!

Awesome! A nice way to do new potatoes instead of just with butter night after night. Tasted gourmet, even on my larger new potatoes!

This recipe was a perfect use for new potatoes I dug up from my garden today. I didn't want to heat up my kitchen by roasting them. My kids loved them, too!

This is a great recipe! Fast, easy, and delicious! I like to switch it up with different fresh herbs from my garden--we've enjoyed this very much with rosemary, dill, oregano, and sometimes a combo of all three! Yuuummmy!

Very buttery sauce... have to be careful when paring with other heavy sauced dishes (like I did)...

These potatoes were soooo good! I had a little extra butter in my mix, added some garlic powder, and used scallions instead of chives (what I had) and halved my new potatoes. They were so, so goooooood!

These are great! My red potatoes were a bit bigger so I just quartered them.

I used both Yukon Golds & red potatoes. What a wonderful and easy way to prepare new potatoes. They were so good. We really enjoyed them and will have them again soon.

I thought this was a great recipe. I used mini golden potatoes, since that is what I had on hand. I did decrease the salt in the recipe - and i'm glad I did. I think the full amount would have been too salty. My very picky 3 year old LOVED these!

This was excellent! All the great taste of a baked potato with much less fat. My potatoes were really small, so I just halved them instead of peeling a strip. They were really excellent!
