These potatoes were soooo good! I had a little extra butter in my mix, added some garlic powder, and used scallions instead of chives (what I had) and halved my new potatoes. They were so, so goooooood!

These were very good. I added some chopped green onions and chopped fresh parsley along with the fresh dill and fresh chives. I will definately make these again very soon. Thanks for a great recipe!!

These are great! My red potatoes were a bit bigger so I just quartered them.

I used both Yukon Golds & red potatoes. What a wonderful and easy way to prepare new potatoes. They were so good. We really enjoyed them and will have them again soon.

I thought this was a great recipe. I used mini golden potatoes, since that is what I had on hand. I did decrease the salt in the recipe - and i'm glad I did. I think the full amount would have been too salty. My very picky 3 year old LOVED these!

This was excellent! All the great taste of a baked potato with much less fat. My potatoes were really small, so I just halved them instead of peeling a strip. They were really excellent!
