This was a great recipe. I was looking for something a little meatier and with more chunky tomatos so I changed a few things. I used 2 lbs for ground beef, a little extra garlic and olive oil. Then instead of 2 cans of tomato sauce I used one and 2 (14.5 oz I think?) cans of stewed tomatoes. Everyone liked it, even the picky kids I was serving. I also only simmered it for about a half hour. It was delicious!
