Excellent recipe, but of course I tweeked it a little. I just added come meat and quite a bit of onion and used fire roasted tomatoes from Hunt. Delish! Definately a keeper!

This was a great recipe. I was looking for something a little meatier and with more chunky tomatos so I changed a few things. I used 2 lbs for ground beef, a little extra garlic and olive oil. Then instead of 2 cans of tomato sauce I used one and 2 (14.5 oz I think?) cans of stewed tomatoes. Everyone liked it, even the picky kids I was serving. I also only simmered it for about a half hour. It was delicious!

Don't let the lack of reviews stop you from trying this sauce, the tomato soup gives it a great flavor. It is my favorite home-cooked meal, I drive home from college just to make it.
