“Besides being a really easy recipe to make, it tastes very good, too! This is not your ordinary, run-of-the-mill macaroni and cheese. The herbs and spices, along with the sour cream, give the dish a wonderful flavor. I made this today and it is wonderful. I used havarti with dill and cheddar. Instead of italian seasoning I used dill. I used a little garlic powder instead of the onion powder. This recipe is so easy and tasty. I will be making it again.

I like this recipe, but it calls for a bit too much Italian seasoning in my opinion. Its a very powerful seasoning and I like to taste the CHEESE. MMMMM. I definitely will be making again, just not using so much Ital seasoning.

This was good, and very easy to whip up. I added a bit of extra cheese (havarti with dill, and some extra sharp cheddar) but I think it still could have used more flavor. The sour cream was a nice touch; made the sauce nice and thick. Everyone else in my family just loved this though. Especially popular with my one year old and my 5-year old! The "crust" of cheese on top was our fave part.

This was a great and quick dish for dinner. I used Muenster cheese with the cheddar, and it smelled so good while it was in the oven. The only thing I missed from my regular macaroni recipe was diced onions. I think I'll add them next time and it'll be even better.
