Sounds good! Reminds me of an omelet my friend makes. He uses kale instead of herbs, and he says it actually turns out really well. :) I'm half-tempted to try it, even though I dislike kale. :) But I'll definitely try this. It sounds yummy!

This was pretty good. Next time I will use garlic powder instead of onion powder, oregano instead of celery seed, and I will double the amount of cheese.

Great, simple cheese omelet. I replaced the American cheese with equal weight sharp cheddar cheese because I'm not a huge fan of American cheese, but it still came out wonderful. Quick and tasty.

I left out onion, basil, celery seed and American cheese. Added 1/2 dried chives, 2 tablespoons of Goat cheese and ? salsa. Made two omelets and it was very good.

This was very tasty and easy to make. The only thing it lacked was a little salt and pepper to taste. But overall, yum!

Super tasty omelet. We love the herbs! They really add wonderful flavor to your everyday omelet. I might try using fresh basil & parsley next time to see how that goes, but there is nothing that needs changed with this recipe. Great blend of flavors. Thanks for sharing! :)

Wow! I changed a few things to make it lighter, but I wanted everyone to know that this recipe works great either way. I used egg whites, light cheese, and cooking spray. The herbs are just right. You can taste them, but they do not overwhelm and they bring out the flavors of the eggs and the cheese.
