This was okay. My husband liked it. I think it needed something. I used salt but that didnt seem like enough. I probably wont make this again.

This took over twice as long to cook in the microwave than listed. I liked the seasoning mixture but to be honest it would be easier just to cook it next time on the stovetop!

It took longer than 4 minutes to cook in the microwave but it was a tasty dish.

A delightful recipe! Next time I will try using olive oil instead of butter to make it healthier. I cooked the beans and carrots on the stovetop instead of the microwave. Simmered covered in a little water for about 10 minutes. Came out perfect!

This was very good. I boiled the vegetables and then stir-fried them with some fresh garlic. I grilled up a porkchop and had a great dinner!

I've made this quite a few times now, the Green Beans always come out crunchy so I need to cook them longer then directed but other then that, it's all very good!

I added some wax beans, used spray butter and substituted dried tarragon for the rosemary. Tasty and colorful combination! My 2 year old gobbled them up!

I made this side dish for company last night and the end result was really good; although I did change a few things. Mainly, I changed the method of cooking the vegetables. First, I blanched the green beans, then the carrots. Then when I was ready to serve them, I added the butter (along with a wee bit of oil) to a frying pan and sauteed the vegetables along with the spices until heated through. The end result was pretty good, but I would add more lemon pepper seasoning next time - there just wasn't enough IMHO.
