I make this receipe every time someone new comes to dinner. It is SO easy to put together; very little work (I cut my potatoes pretty small) and absolutely fabulous. I sometimes even use dry, minced onions instead of my Vidalia's as well. NO ONE has ever turned it down and most ask for it now instead of baked, mashed or any other kind of potato dish. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!

In the ingredients needed list this recipe calls for basil...but in the cooking directions it asks to combine with thyme which is not on the ingredient list.....and says nothing about adding basil which is on the ingredient list....if you are gonna share a recipe at least check what you are writing befor you submit it...

These potatoes were very yummy! I did not have any of the Enova oil so I used olive oil and they turned out great. Even good the next day when I reheated in the microwave for lunch.
