I was looking for a quick bread recipe and this seemed fairly quick. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews until after I had already started and was too late to back-out.
I had tuned down the recipe to 8 servings. To avoid the dryness and hardness, I added 1/4 cup extra milk and 1 tbsp extra oil. I also added Rosemary and salt to the dry ingredients.
The end result did turn out to be quite soft, but I should've added more salt and the taste is still quite bland, so, maybe instead of oil, if butter was used in the recipe, it might've added more taste. Maybe next time, I will try it with those changes.
