2 (5 ounce) jars
pimento cheese spread
1 (20 ounce) can
crushed pineapple, drained
2 (8 ounce) containers
frozen whipped topping, thawed
I don't know . . . this wasn't . . . bad . . . but I don't think I can call it good, either. It definitely weirds your taste buds out a bit. I liked the pimento cheese with the pineapple, and I would be very likely to try something like that again, but when the cool whip and marshmallows went in, this dish tried to straddle appetizer and dessert. It didn't work for us, I'm sorry. It also never really set, either.
I used regular cream cheese and this was great.
