A great marinade for salmon. Works under the broiler as well, just cut the time very slightly (4 minutes per side).

This was so easy. Took no time at all,one hour and the flavour tasted like hours of work. Not one crumb left over. I am not a fish eater but I would make this over again and again.This one's a keeper!

so simple and so good. this is the best recipe i have ever tried for salmon. didn't change one thing and will broil this in the oven during the winter months.

This was absoluetly delicious... It was resutrant quality in my book. I am sure if I let it sit and marinade for a few hours it would be even better. It was great just soaking it in the ingredients for 10 minutes and broiling it. So good!

Used this marinade with a little added dill and lemon zest. Then plank grilled it. According to my son (whose favorite dinner is salmon) this was "The best salmon ever!"

We've been making salmon for years with similar flavors, but it's nice to have a set recipe for this delicious flavor! It's a wonderful marinade and the perfect addition to the salmon's natural flavors. You can't go wrong with this recipe!
