Didn't really care for the texture of this soup. The brocolli slaw didn't really get tender, even on reheating, and while I am sure I got my daily dose of fiber, I pretty much felt like I was chewing wood. Won't be making it again.

This soup is perfect to make on a lazy, cold winter night. Very hearty and good. I used turkey sausage instead of pork and Italian diced tomatoes instead of stewed-not much of a difference, but the diced are smaller then stewed tomatoes at my local grocers.

This turned out delicious and easy to make! I followed the recipe exactly, except I used the entire package of Italian sausage. (I was afraid I'd just end up throwing the rest away.) I will be making this again in the furture.

This soup was super easy to make. No chopping or anything. I doubled the recipe & it was a big success with my friends. I'll be making this again. Thanks for sharing this one!

This was a terrific soup. My husband just RAVED about it. I did add minced garlic to the sausage just before adding the water, tomatoes, etc. The only thing I will change the next time I make it is to use Italian stewed diced tomatoes. The tomatoes were a bit too large. Other than that, this is definitely a keeper. Thanks!
