Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon sherry
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  3. Stir pasta into the skillet. Cover, and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove the mixture from heat, and stir in sour cream and sherry. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
