My fiance and I really loved this. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I thought the tomato flavor was a little too strong. I added a 1/4 cup of chicken broth and a couple tablespoons of white wine. I used turkey keilbasa. I served it over white rice. D-lish!

Great recipe! I used chopped ham instead of sausage and left out the hot sauce and cayenne pepper (don't like it too hot) and it was was wonderful! I lost the one jambalaya recipe that I had, and this is the closest to it. Thanks!

This was pretty good but the tomato taste was a little strong for me. We will probably make it again with some minor adjustments.

This was really good. However I made some changes to suit my familys tastes. I did not add the cayenne, hot pepper sauce or shrimp. I also made chicken flavored rice mix instead of plain white rice.

Excellent recepie and very easy to make. I used fresh italian sausage and fried it instead of using kelbasa. I also added half a jalepeno pepper with the seeds and forgot to add the hot sauce it was spicy enough... just the way I like it. Will make it again

This is an awesome recipe. I added mushrooms and substituted ceyenne for creole seasoning to turn down the heat a little. My kids loved it too.

I just made this tonight and it was great! I used up some leftover pork tenderloin too and the flavors melded wonderfully!

I love Jambalaya and this recipe was really easy. I made a few changes by adding double the chopped tomatoes and a tbls cajun seasoning. My family loved it! Even my, father, who always finds something to critic, said he really liked it. It was just sooo good. Thank you

My boyfriend and I did not like this recipe. Too much tomatoes and not enough spice.

I decided to try this recipe because all of the other jumbalaya recipes that had high ratings took a couple of hours. I wasn't expecting too much since it was so easy, but it was actually very good. My husband is a total "food snob," and he really liked it. I will definitely make this again. I didn't have any white pepper, so I used twice as much black pepper (fresh ground), and also added a bay leaf and some thyme.

I LOVE jambalaya and was skeptical about being able to make a restaurant quality product at home. This recipe is easy and FABULOUS! I didn't have a green pepper, so I used red, but I'll definitely use a green one next time. I also used turkey kielbasa to lower the fat content. This recipe was more for me than for my hubby, but he RAVED about it. Its going into the regular rotation for sure!

This is really good. I enjoyed it a lot, along with my father and brother. I added some thyme as well. This is extremely easy to make, and I would say difficult to mess up for those who aren't as experienced at cooking. I omitted shrimp because I don't like it, but for those who like shrimp, I'm sure it would be much better with it.

This recipe was FANTASTIC. Just like jambalaya should be. Only thing was I didn't have any cayenne pepper so I don't think it was as hot as it should have been. I will next time!! I also substituted turkey sausage in for a lower fat meal! GREAT!!
