Original recipe makes 6 servings Change Servings

1/2 pound Italian pork sausage links, casings removed
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (14.5 ounce) cans reduced-sodium chicken broth

1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
1 (9 ounce) package baby spinach leaves

Directions

Brown sausage with onion in large saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to crumble sausage; drain.
Add broth, undrained tomatoes and beans; mix well. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in spinach; cover saucepan with lid. Cook 5 minutes or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.

We made this last night because the weather was getting colder. It made a very hearty, filling, and warming dinner. We like it spicy so I used a few dashes of Cayenne pepper and also used more sausage so it would be more filling.
