We made this last night because the weather was getting colder. It made a very hearty, filling, and warming dinner. We like it spicy so I used a few dashes of Cayenne pepper and also used more sausage so it would be more filling.

Delicious! I used beef broth because I didn't have chicken and used the Fire Roasted diced tomatoes instead of Roasted Garlic. Flavorful and hearty!. Next time I would definitely use the low sodium broth that the recipe calls for as the regular made it a bit too salty.
