I had a lot of left over ham so I thought this sounded good. I ground the ham (not an easy task when you don't have a meat grinder) and prepared the recipe exactly as written. After all that effort, I had made "SPAM". Every one of my family thought it tasted exactly like the canned stuff with a sweet glaze on it. I don't think I will try this one again. I guess it would be okay if you liked Spam but it is much easier to pop open a can.
