Loved this recipe! I modified slightly as I didn't have green peppers. I used a mix of red, yellow, and orange sweet peppers which gave it some nice color. I also used turkey ham and turkey sausage to save on some fat. Used extra crackers since I used egg whites to make up for some of the "glue" needed to hold it together without egg yolk. Amazing lower fat version! Kudos

This recipe is excellent! I made this as the recipe calls for except I made one big loaf instead of two smaller loaves. I shaped it into loaf form and put it in a 9x13-inch baking dish. this made it easier for the glazing process. I was a little worried about the glaze because it smelled very vinegary, but it was really good. We did not eat it right away as I had made something else for dinner, but ate it a couple days later and it was still very good. My husband said he wasn't too thrilled to hear we were having ham loaf but after he tasted it, he loved it. I used leftover Honeybaked ham, which added additional sweetness. I would definitely make this again.

This was a hit at dinner last night. I made some sweet potatoes, braised greens, corn, and mashed potatoes to go along side. Only thing different is I used a pineapple glaze which used 1 cup of sugar 1/3 cup of cider vinegar and 8 oz can of crushed pineapple (IT'S DA BOMB!). Thanks for the recipe!

This ham loaf was winner at our house. I don't care for it but I loved it. I did add at a little milk because I think I had a little more ham than the recipe called for. I will make this one again.

One of the best Ham Loaves I've made. I found it to make one large loaf instead of 2. Would be great served with a white sauce with peas.

This recipe is so good I'm surprised it's not illegal. I followed the recipe to the letter, except I forgot the worchestershire sauce, and it was AWESOME! This is the first time that I've made ham loaf, but I have eaten others. This is by far the BEST! On my rating system, this is the 6th star which means "To Die For!". Thank you Audrey for sharing this recipe!
