okay......good flavor but too thick and pastey-not a fan of the crushed tomatoes in here. I wouldn't use this again....lots of better stews out there.

Followed recipe to a "T", except added 1/4 cup boiling water early on as I was concerned about having enough liquid, probably was not necessary. I do advise cutting down the basil to one tablespoon, way too strong for our tastes. Nothing extraordinary, but interesting nonetheless as a change of pace.
