This turned out really good - I made it for my New Year's Day lunch and everyone complimented this and my sister asked for the recipe. I personally thought it tasted a little bit "vinegary", so I'm not sure if I accidentally added too much, but no one else seemed to think so.

This dish is wonderful. It can be a meal in itself or a great take along side dish at a cookout or party.
