WOW that is what my son said, and he is a very fussy eater, I loved it so much I am going to have some friends around to try it. Thank you so much for this wonderful meal. there is only the two of us and it lasted only two nights, as my son had seconds both nights, he loved it that much. It's a must try. Thank you again for this wondeful recipe.

1 1/2 hours was not enought time to cook the potatoes and carrots. There was no flavoring and I had to add my own to make it taste better. If you do use this recipe, chop the onions into small pieces and saute them before putting them in the dish.
