I really enjoyed this recipe. I substituted the onion soup with a few seasoning choices of my own and went ahead and made it with Ketchup inside the Loaf, then topped it with the Salsa. I have family members alergic to peppers and onions so I needed the Salsa to be optional for those who wanted it and those that didn't. I cooked it in the slow cooker and it turned out really well. you wouldn't know it was turkey instead of beef.

I was a bit skeptical about this, but it came out really good. As suggested I doubled all of the ingredients except for the egg and baked it for 60 minutes at 350. Also, I mixed a little bit of ketchup and worcestershire sauce and brushed it on the top before cooking, which made a nice glaze. Would definitely make this again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe. It was excellent. I did follow the recipe, but did make adjustments. I added red onions and diced fresh mushrooms to the recipe. I also added a crumbled vegetable bullion along with crumbled 12 grain whole wheat bread. Finally I topped the loaf with worstershire sauce. My beef eating husband loved the meatloaf. I will definitely make again.

Very tasty! I used a pound of ground turkey, added chopped jalepeno (love spicy), woozy sauce, and topped it off with a dallop of salsa. They baked up nice and crispy on the outside in the muffin pan.

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I added 1 packet of onion soup mix, and excluded the bread crumbs. I also baked these in a muffin pan so I could have pre-measured servings. I will definitely be making this more often. This also tastes great on a sandwich!

My family loves this meatloaf! However I do beleive that the amount of turkey called for in the recipe is a misprint because 1/2 lbs is not even a burger size in some households. So to make this loaf for our family of 5 (3 adults, 2 small kids) I used 2 1/2 lbs ground turkey. And it made a normal sized meatloaf. Also, because we have a pepper dislike in our family I just used the salsa and added a little garlic powder and basil leaves to the mixture and increased the eggs to 2.

Great recipe. Doubled it and added garlic, as others suggested. Also, instead of bread crumbs, I used oatmeal, making it an extra healthy turkey loaf. Loved it!

LOVED IT!!! I made mine in a cupcake pan. I only had to cook them for 20 minutes and they were perfect serving sizes, plus it was really fun. I doubled the recipe and it turned out scrumptious! I am having left overs tonight!

I made the healthy turkey loaf last night for the first time...I was concerned because my husband is a 'meat and potatoes' kind of guy and I didn't think he'd go for it. He LOVED it! We'll definitely be using this again.

Extremely yummy and easy! I basically tripled the ingredients because I used one-and-a-half lb's. of ground turkey. I made a nice big meatloaf and fed a family of four, including 1 very hungry hubby, and 2 very hungry teenage boys. There was only 1 sliver leftover! I served it with the "Green Beans with Bread Crumbs" recipe listed on this website, and both dishes were a huge hit with the family!! Will absolutely make this healthy dinner again and again!! :)

Very impressed! I always use ground turkey for my meatloaf, but wanted something different - this fit the bill well. I pretty much doubled the recipe & added a layer of salsa to the top 10 minutes before it was done cooking. Will definately make again!

This was really good. I added grated carots, and used egg beaters. and also put about 1/4 pound of ex. lean hamburger to help it bind a bit better, and tops with ketchup and sprinkles a little low fat cheese on top. Yum !!

This turkey loaf, was the Best. I have never eaten Turkey in any form, other than at Thanksgiving, sliced. You must work the ingredients, in well, till loaf starts to stick to hands, I added BBQ sauce to the top, just before done. Will be making it again and again,
