Not my favorite. Taste was ok. It really matters what food looks like and this did not look appetizing so it's hard to be excited about the taste.

This turkey loaf won high praise from my family. I did not have salsa on hand so I added a 1/4 onion, 2 cloves garlic, and 1/2 can diced tomatoes. I also split the loaf into 4 small loafs and cooked in mini meatloaf pan.

as suggested I doubled recipe, used approx. 1/2 tsp. lemon/pepper, cooked at 375 for 50 mins. temp was over 165 . hubby likes ketchup. Yuck I liked it the way it was.

This was the first meatloaf I've ever made and it was excellent!! I doubled the recipe and substituted the 2 eggs for 3 egg whites. I also cooked it for an extra 10 minutes to give the top a little crispiness.

I was pleasantly surprised! This tasted just like meatloaf made with ground beef. I doubled the recipe, but forgot to increase to 2 eggs so mine kind of fell apart, but tasted great! Will definitely be making this again!!
