Ok well. I made lots of alterations and it turned out perfect and super healthy. I made it as mini cupcakes. I used 1/2c milk, 3/4c apple sauce, 1/4c desicated coconut instead of choc chips, 1/4c brown sugar, 1/4c white sugar. 1c 1/4 of wholemeal flour.
So i used more milk and apple sauce, and used brown sugar instead. It was still quite sweet so next time, I'm cutting down on white sugar.
1 batch i did that, the second batch, i used the same recipe but i added very finally food processed carrots, so you couldn't really taste it but its a healthy addition! Delicious :) Very spongey and perfect. So healthy. Next time I might add more oats though. I also added 2 tsp vanilla essence
