"It's amazing what a healthy spin we were able to put on this great spinach dip by using fresh leek, more spinach, whole wheat bread, and lower fat cheese and mayo. No need to feel guilty as you reach for a second helping!"
Hmm. None of these ingredients are on sale today.

1 (16 ounce) container
light sour cream
leek, washed and finely chopped (white and green parts)
1 (4 ounce) can
water chestnuts, drained and chopped
ground black pepper
1 (10 ounce) package
frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (1 pound) loaf
round whole wheat bread
I didn't have a leek, but I did use the Knorr Dry Vegetable Mix. I halved this recipe so that it would have more spinach/water chestnuts. I also replaced a lot of the sour cream with greek yogurt. You couldn't even tell. You mention cheese in the description, but I don't see any.
Also used plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Everyone thought it was sour cream. Made my own tortilla chips by cutting flour tortillas into wedges, sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper and baked. They worked well too.
