Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet. Whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice together in a bowl until smooth; spread mixture onto salmon. Sprinkle each fillet with rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Top each piece with hazelnuts.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.

I tried this recipe tonight but with only 2 pieces of salmon. The mayo and lemon juice makes it very tasty. I didn't have the Rosemary or hazelnute, but it was great even without them. I will use this recipe again very soon,
