My family really liked this, and I plan to make it again this summer. It's been awhile, so I don't remember what changes (if any) I made.

Loved it! Used real garlic instead of garlic powder, added some sesame seeds and added about 1/2 cup of the pineapple juice to the marinade. Made a double batch and marinated chicken, red onion, red pepper and pineapple for about an hour. Served with a wild rice pilaf. Will add this one to the rotation. Thanks.

I followed the recipe except used white wine in place of sherry. Only marinated an hour too but it was delicious. Moist, flavorful and fantastic over wheat rice.

LOVED these. I made extra marinade on the side as well for dipping sauce. I also used peaches as well as pineapples and they turned out great. I baked these on 350 for 20 minutes and they came out perfect.

I had the same problem as someone else, my chicken turned somewhat gummy. I used fresh pineapple and though that might be the problem. We liked the sauce so much (I made an extra batch on the stove)that my family and I agreed we would try it again, but with canned pineapple.

My entire family including the kids loved this recipe! I omitted the sherry and added red bell peppers to the kabob for color. Didn't have the sesame oil, so I used olive oil instead and it didn't seem to make a difference. I baked it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes turning once. I cooked the chicken, peppers and pineapple together and they all cooked perfectly. We had it with brown rice. I'll definitely make this one again. Thanks!

These were good-sweet and delicious. I made these on a cold, rainy day, so I broiled mine for about 20 minutes in the oven.

Fantastic! I made these for a birthday luau and they were a huge hit. I made no changes to the recipe and marinated only two hours and they were so yummy. Even the 3-year old at the party loved them!

I made this recipe for a family event. I substituted the sherry for rice vinegar. I also recommend letting it marinate over night. I didn't use the sesame oil either. I made an extra batch of marinade and the mixed it with cornstarch for a dipping sauce. Everyone enjoyed it.

I made these last night for my boyfriend and we both really liked them (even though I ended up cooking them a little too long and the chicken dried out a bit). I added red and green pepper and didn't marinate the pineapple. I also used fresh garlic and ginger in the marinate.

The marinade was great! The chicken turned out unbelievably tender. I let it marinade from one night to the next. I added bell peppers to the kabobs.

This chicken was good, and my family liked it quite well. The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars is that it just didn't have that extra "oomph" that I look for in a recipe. That being said, it is a good go-to recipe that is hard to mess up.
