Using this recipe as a base I followed the advice of other reviewers and left out the pineapple juice. Added 1/4 barbecue sauce to the mixture and left out the butter and paprika. Cooked on the stove top. I wish I would have left out the broth too because it was still a bit runny so I cooked it a bit longer uncovered to evaporate some of the extra moisture. Served over rice. My version was quite simple and my husband and I loved it!

I made this with pounded chicken thighs and it turned out very well! I followed the recipe except used fresh pineapple (sought a recipe that could help me use it up). Brown rice and broccoli were the perfect accompaniments!

This has a surprisingly good flavor with my modifications. Used 3 chicken breasts, diced pineapple, 2T dry white wine, 2T spicy brown mustard, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2T reduced sodium soy sauce, 1T honey and 2T butter. Was disappointed with the runny-ness. Next time I'm adding corn starch to help thicken. Very juicy chicken.

This was a good recipe for a twist on chicken. I did alter it a little because I could tell the flavor would be simple. I actually patted the chicken dry and then sprinkled 2 seasonings on it. Mrs. Dash Carribean mix (it has a teal cap on it) and my home mix of Chicken "Crack" which is lemon pepper and sugar. I used crushed pineapples and drained the juice. I also did not mix the ingredients, I just layered them on top of the chicken. This helped with it being too soupy I thought. Served with rice pilaf and california style veggies. It was pretty good though.

Well the children and I loved it, I did brine the chicken beforehand, but it was absolutely succulent.

i love this chicken recipe. I cut the chicken in smaller pieces, and serve it with the sauce mixed with jasmine rice. If it's too sweet you can chop a small onion and throw it in. a great base to personalize and make it your own.

Great option to add pizzazz to chicken and rice. It was easy to make as a dinner for two. Added thin onion slice halves on top of the chicken - yummy.

It was ok, I used a generic brand of honey, i'll use the more expensive stuff next time. I was looking for a more glazed chicken. I'll use 1/2 a cup honey next time. The chicken came out very moist just needs more flavor.

This was okay. The sauce was too sweet, and the dish just tasted as if it was missing something. Doubt I will make it again. Only change I made was using pineapple chunks.
