Ingredients

  • 1 small banana, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

Directions

  1. Slice banana, place in blender, pour in pineapple juice, coconut milk and sugar; blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
