WOW! This is fabulous! I only modified it a bit, and it was all based on other's reviews. First, I cubed the pork chops before browning them, then added a splash of worsh. sauce and some seasoning salt...then, threw in the onions and added a can of mushrooms before mixing it with the hash brown and soup mixture. Will most certainly make again! ALSO, to ensure even cooking, I made sure to stir the casserole every 15 minutes or so, and didn't add the cheese until the last 15 minutes of baking.
