I made this last night and loved it. I halved the recipe but still used two eggs. I did not have pickle relish so I just chopped up a sweet pickle. My husband and I both loved it, but he likes more vinegar than I. He added vinegar to the leftovers and took it to work for lunch today.

Easy and quick to make; however it was super bland. Lot's of leftovers for this one...
