This was pretty good. I had to bake the hash browns a little longer (about 45-50 mins instead of 30) to get the "crust" crispy enough for the meat. I added more seasoning to the meat. My husband loves this recipe...it's a nice change from the everyday meals.

I made this a little differnt. I left out the veggies, my family doesn't like them. I also used a jar of pizza sauce. I thought this was really good. My husband and daughter did not like. They thought the hash was to mushy.

Pretty good. It called for a lot of onion for my taste, so I only put half in. The hash browns do need to cook a bit longer. Mine didn't get crispy. I would make it again.

This was good. Only changes I made were to cook the hashbrowns longer to make them crispier. I also added a little worchteshire sauce to the meat mixture and some frenchs onions on top for the last few minutes of baking. I would make this again!
