This recipe is a family favorite. It is great for using over ripe bananas. I usually double the recipe and make two loaves. You can also add walnuts if you wish. Note: When your bananas are over ripe, you can put them in the freezer until you are ready to use them.

Apples and walnuts are folded into a cinnamon-spiced cake. This is a fantastic Bundt cake that my grandmother used to make for Thanksgiving. It has been a family favorite for years!

MY FAMILY loves fresh blueberries just about any way, but this loaf cake is a favorite at breakfast, as a delicious snack or quick dessert. We always look forward to summer, when fresh blueberries appear in the market. -Nancy Anderson, Broomall, Pennsylvania

When I first got this recipe, I thought it would be strange to make this cake then refrigerate it and bake the next morning. But it's great. The cake is so moist and delicious. It's wonderful when you have company staying at your house. It makes a great breakfast with a cup of coffee.

This is my son's favorite cake. It stays very moist. I usually frost it with cream cheese frosting, but it is also great plain. It can be baked in 2 loaf pans for zucchini bread.
