mandarin oranges, drained and liquid reserved
I only used one persimmon because 2 seemed like too much, used fresh oranges and fresh OJ, and omitted walnuts (hubby doesn't like them). The OJ, honey and cinnamon sauce didn't do it for me. I think this has the potential to be 5 stars with a few tweaks to the sauce.
