I doubled the chicken and left out the ham, I used fresh corn from the cob, but the Thyme gave an overbearing taste. Not sure if I slipped and used too much, but we really did'nt care for the flavor of that. Aside from that this was delish!!

Yummy! The changes I made: Along with 1/2 red pepper, added 1/2 yellow pepper, 1 CAN of corn(12oz) and 1 can of cream of corn(2cups). Because I added cream of corn, I only added 370ml of evaporated milk(one can), and didn't add the 1/2 cup of milk. Celery salt instead of salt. Also, I just used ham. Husband had seconds, so I know its good! :) Homemade biscuits topped it all off!

Very good recipe- I used chicken broth instead of bouillon and water- added carrots instead of red bell pepper and tossed in chopped broccoli with the potatoes. Love the use of evaporated milk! This is a great recipe for the end of the week to use up some leftover over produce- especially on a cold and windy day! Thanks!

Very very good! I used the water that I boiled my chicken in for the 2 cups of water in the recipe. Other than that, everything was the same as the recipe, and it was delicious, will definitely make again!!

This was tasty. I skipped the chicken and just used the ham. When I took a little taste test before I served it, it was a little bland so i through in a dash of ceyanne pepper and a couple spoonfulls of salsa and it added a little kick to it. Definitely worth trying!
