Yummy! The changes I made: Along with 1/2 red pepper, added 1/2 yellow pepper, 1 CAN of corn(12oz) and 1 can of cream of corn(2cups). Because I added cream of corn, I only added 370ml of evaporated milk(one can), and didn't add the 1/2 cup of milk. Celery salt instead of salt. Also, I just used ham.
Husband had seconds, so I know its good! :) Homemade biscuits topped it all off!
