This was a perfectly balanced hot beverage and it went over really well. To serve, I rubbed an orange wedge on the rim and then dipped in cinnamon/sugar mixture.

I don't know what I did wrong... it just tasted like warmed pineapple juice. I had even added an extra clove and cinnamon stick but it still had no spiced cider taste. Won't make again.

This is a WONDERFUL recipe! I recently make it for a group I had at my home and it was a huge hit! I did added about 2 cups more cider than I did pineapple juice and left out the water. Also, instead of making the spice bag, I stuck the cloves in an orange and just put the cinnamon sticks and tea bag in the slow cooker. This will become a fall favorite for my friends and family!

Very good, I changed things up a little. I used one part pineapple juice to 4 cider. Used apple cinnamon tea bag and omitted the water. Brought it to a slow boil to let the flavors blend. Then scooped my fav vanilla ice cream into a mug and poured the cider over it.. Best cider I've ever had! ;) Happy Holidays!!
