Hard Sauce

"A quick and easy hard sauce that is a tasty topping on most things! Try this over bread pudding, or pumpkin pie."

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 dash almond extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in by degrees the brandy and a drop of almond essence.
