  1. Mix Cheddar cheese, Neufchatel cheese, parsley, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke flavoring, Worcestershire sauce, and salt together in a bowl; shape into a ball.
  2. Spread hazelnuts onto a plate. Roll cheese ball in hazelnuts to coat.
