Hamburger Stew

Original Recipe Yield 6 to 8 servings
 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 3 3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pork and beans

Directions

  1. In a large pot over medium high heat, saut E the ground beef. Add the taco seasoning, soup, water, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery and beans. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
