The only thing I ever leave out is the sherry simply because I never have it on hand. Everything else I do as it is in the recipe and I can never get enough of it. This recipe is almost as easy as hamburger helper but waayyyy tastier :) - Thanks for an awesome recipe that really doesn't need any tweeking!

We made one change: used beef consomme instead of beef broth, for a bit thicker gravy. Was only able to make 4 decent size patties, not 8 like recipe said. Very good flavor and so easy!

This was simple and easy comfort food...served with mashed potatoes. I ended up using a can of french onion soup (non-condensed)and a can of beef broth as I doubled the gravy and have a cold so I had no interest in cutting loads of onions... it really turned out great- plenty of flavor. I did put some onions in the ground beef and seasoned as I normally would for a hamburger... just really simple and delicious! Thank you for submitting this!

Delish! It definitely was necessary to double the gravy along with the onions--and I added mushrooms which really made it nice. Also, I used Marsala wine instead of Sherry, not as sweet and gives it a terrific flavor. Great served with pasta. My husband loved it... This is a keeper!

This entree was totally awesome! I served it with mashed potatoes. It was smashing! So good, simple, quick and delicious, plus my hubby really enjoyed this one!

This recipe was great. No changes at all. Good classic dinner. I paired it with mashed dikon radish and green beans. (going for a low carb dinner). Fantastic

I just finished making and eating this dish, and it is my new favorite comfort food! So easy, so yummy, I had everything on hand (except the sherry - just omitted it). Served over mashed potatoes with green beans. Really good!

Easy and tasty. I didn't have bread crumbs but it still turned out great. Used an additional packet of a packet of brown gravy.
